No. 05 - Double Choco #01

Image
What to do when you have other puzzles to write and materials to study and like A LOT of materials to study? Write a completely unrelated puzzle of course! Ahahahahelpplzahaha Double Choco rules (From Nikoli ):  Divide the grid into blocks by drawing solid lines over the dotted lines. A block must contain a pair of areas of white cells and gray cells having the same form (size and shape). One area may be a rotated or mirrored image of the other. A number indicates the number of cells of that color in the block; the number corresponds to half the number of cells of the block. A block can contain any number of cells with numbers. No. 04 - Moon or Sun #01

So, it's Mid Autumn Festival! Which means puzzles about moons are sure to follow. (I'm sure I'm not the only one thought of this.) This one is more themed after Tsukimi though. The colors are just for aesthetic purpose. Also imagine the suns as full moons.  Moon or Sun rules (From Nikoli ): Draw a line to make a single loop. Lines pass through the centers of cells, horizontally, vertically, or turning. The loop never crosses itself, branches off, or goes through the same cell twice. A region, bordered by bold lines, is called a "room". The loop goes through each room only one time. Once the loop leaves a room, it cannot return to the same room. In each room, the loop goes through all of the moon cells or all of the sun cells. The loop cannot pass through both moon cells and sun cells in one room. After the loop goes through the moons in one room it has to go through all the suns in the next room it enters and vice versa. Online Play Link

No. 03 - School Trip #01

Ah- back to school season. How I miss going to school (instead of the permanent study hell I'm stuck in). I, however, doesn't miss the alarm clocks one bit. Speaking of school, here's unusual puzzle type that involves avoiding bad luck --- School Trip. Rules of Shugaku (School Trip) (Translated from this site ): 1. Place numerous 1 by 2 blocks (futons) onto the board (vertically or horizontally). In addition, put a □ (pillow) in one of the squares for each futons. If the futon is placed vertically, the pillow must not be on the upper half (north-facing pillows are considered bad luck). 2. Futons cannot be laid on the circles (pillars). 3. If there's a number in the pillar, it indicates how many pillows are adjacent to its 4 sides. 4. All squares that are not covered with either futons or pillars are considered aisles. Each futon must touch at least one aisle square on one of its sides. 5. All aisles must be connected. The aisles cannot form a 2 by 2 square. Online play...
